Just imagine a retail management role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the curiosity and imagination that brings them to us. And you’ll be part of the reason they come back - time and again.

What will I do?

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of effective store management. From leading and inspiring your team to making sure everything runs like clockwork. Front of house, you’ll take pride in overseeing signature LEGO experiences and an imaginatively merchandised store. Behind the scenes, you’ll take care of stock control and people management, as well as providing expert insights and advice on LEGO policy.
