PURPOSE: To embody and promote Good Earth style, that is equally Indian and global, heritate and contemporary.
This role goes beyond sales, it is about being a stylist and storyteller who inspires customers with the art of living beautifully, weaving product stories into experiences that resonate with their lifestyle and home.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Guest Experience Act as a fashion or home style advisor and storyteller, interpreting Good Earth’s collections into meaningful, aesthetic recommendations for guests. Build long term relationships that prioritize genuinely building trust over transction value. Consultative selling and storytelling-led engagement.
Share product stories that highlight craftsmanship, design inspirations, and cultural roots.
Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and translate them into tailored solutions for their home.
