PURPOSE:
To embody and promote Good Earth style, that is equally Indian and global, heritate and contemporary.
This role goes beyond sales, it is about being a stylist and storyteller who inspires customers with the art of living beautifully, weaving product stories into experiences that resonate with their lifestyle and home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Experience
- Act as a fashion or home style advisor and storyteller, interpreting Good Earth's collections into meaningful, aesthetic recommendations for guests.
- Build long term relationships that prioritize genuinely building trust over transction value.
- Consultative selling and storytelling-led engagement.
- Share product stories that highlight craftsmanship, design inspirations, and cultural roots.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and translate them into tailored solutions for their home.
- Develop and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) displays in the Fashion or Home category to reflect the brand's storytelling and aesthetic standards.
Business & Operations Responsibility
- Own monthly category sales and insight reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and repeat clients, turning them into loyal advocates of the brand.
- Monitor and analyze category performance, proactively suggesting solutions for gaps in sales or customer engagement.
- Keep a close check on inventory availability, stock-outs, and replenishment needs to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Support operational excellence of the Fashion or Home section in every way that enhances the guest experience.
Collaboration
- Inspire and lead by example through positive energy, performance, style and creativity.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, business, marketing, and support teams.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure your category reflects seasonal stories and brand campaigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Background in luxury retail, styling, or interior/home décor advisory preferred.
- Strategic thinking aesthetic sensitivity and love for craft
- Digital fluency (CRM systems, WhatsApp clienteling, analytics tools)
- Strong storytelling ability to connect product narratives with customer aspirations.
- Passion for design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, Styling and consultative selling skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a boutique luxury retail setting.
