My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire a Retail Supervisor.

This role will suit someone coming from a B2B Customer Service role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, marketing, and customer service within the store.

  • Provide excellent customer service and solve customer problems quickly.

  • Lead, train, and support the team of Retail Store Assistants.

  • Organise and display products on the shop floor to help increase sales.

  • Help plan and run in-store promotions and projects.

  • Work with suppliers and stay informed about new trends and products.

    • Requirements

  • Experience in a similar retail role is an advantage.
