Retail Supervisor

In order to fully support the growth we have planned we need to recruit a Retail Supervisor to support the Store Management team in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Demonstrate passion and drive in motivating a team of Retail Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs by providing first-class customer service. Maintain high standards of presentation and health and safety compliance to create the best possible experience for every visitor. In this role you will have an opportunity to gain a wider commercial awareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world. Joining the team at Nisbets you will be supported and guided in your career progression and will receive ongoing training to help you realise your goals
