Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor oversees the performance of 2GO retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster. Ensures operational excellence, compliance with SOPs, and achievement of revenue targets. Manages and develops Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs. Drives sales growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and lead generation initiatives.

Cluster Management & Leadership:

• Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster.

• Monitor RSA performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.

• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
