About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll be on the front line of creating joyful experiences for our customers. You’ll serve doughnuts, coffees, and shakes with energy and positivity, while keeping the store safe, clean, and welcoming. It’s a role that’s all about great service, teamwork, and representing the Krispy Kreme brand with pride.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service that makes every customer feel special
  • Preparing and serving our iconic doughnuts, coffees, and shakes to the highest standard
  • Keeping the store safe, clean, and welcoming for all customers
