A leading retail company in Kuching is seeking a training coordinator to assess outlets and conduct in-house training sessions for staff development. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in retail or training roles, along with a Train The Trainer certification. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Salary is RM3K and above, depending on qualifications and experience.
