Role: Retailer Apps Analyst- Full Time

Location: Willing to relocate to Pune within 6 months to 1 year

Work Timings: Regular IST Shift

Experience Range: 5–10 years


Job Description:

  • Implement and support Salesforce eB2B (Experience Cloud) solutions for retailer and distributor ordering.
  • Configure product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and user access within Salesforce eB2B.
  • Integrate Salesforce eB2B with DMS and SAP to enable seamless order processing, inventory visibility, and master data synchronization.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, test integrations, and support go-live activities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure smooth retailer operations.
