Job Responsibilities
Support senior HRBP in retention initiatives by tracking attrition trends and employee feedback. Maintain and analyze retention, attrition, grievance, and PIP trackers; highlight risk areas and share insights. Assist in career discussions, HIPO programs, and PIP monitoring for Analyst and Sr. Analyst population. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, pulse meetings. Support performance appraisal activities, goal-setting follow-ups, and manager review readiness. Prepare and share HR reports and basic dashboards with stakeholders on a regular basis. Required Skills & Experience
Graduate with 1–3 years of HR experience (HRBP support / People analytics / HR coordination preferred). Good verbal and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel for trackers and reports). Strong attention to detail, basic analytical thinking...
