Job Responsibilities

  • Support senior HRBP in retention initiatives by tracking attrition trends and employee feedback.
  • Maintain and analyze retention, attrition, grievance, and PIP trackers; highlight risk areas and share insights.
  • Assist in career discussions, HIPO programs, and PIP monitoring for Analyst and Sr. Analyst population.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, pulse meetings.
  • Support performance appraisal activities, goal-setting follow-ups, and manager review readiness.
  • Prepare and share HR reports and basic dashboards with stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of HR experience (HRBP support / People analytics / HR coordination preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel for trackers and reports).
