Job Responsibilities
- Support senior HRBP in retention initiatives by tracking attrition trends and employee feedback.
- Maintain and analyze retention, attrition, grievance, and PIP trackers highlight risk areas and share insights.
- Assist in career discussions, HIPO programs, and PIP monitoring for Analyst and Sr. Analyst population.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, pulse meetings.
- Support performance appraisal activities, goal-setting follow-ups, and manager review readiness.
- Prepare and share HR reports and basic dashboards with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate with 13 years of HR experience (HRBP support / People analytics / HR coordination preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
