Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining long-term client engagement, identifying client needs, providing market updates, and promoting the company's trading products and services in a professional and compliant manner.
This is a remote-based role within Argentina (must be currently living in Argentina).
Requirements
Spanish speaker (fluent/native) — English is an advantage
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex/CFD industry
Must understand trading platforms, CFDs, MT4/MT5 and general market concepts
Must be based in Argentina
Experience working in a regulated brokerage environment
Proven ability to manage high-volume client portfolios
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work towards monthly targets and KPIs
Strong client service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
