Retention Analyst

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Create and design technical solutions to meet business needs by translating end user’s requirements and finding innovative, creative visualizations and tools. Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution.
Provide insights to the business and drive key learnings and recommendations using available internal and external data specifically around Service Retention and related KPI’s. - Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, and SAP Business Objects. Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using extraction tools.
Understand and utilize tools to store data effectively within the data mart or data lake solutions, online analytical processing, as well as maintaining data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information by the end user body.<...
