Join our team as a Retention Executive!

Your mission will be to retain and maintain members who contact us with the intention of withdrawing from our prepaid medical and oral health services.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: 1 year in a call center , in customer retention and sales of intangible products. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.

  • Academic background:

  • Technician onwards.

  • Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Saturdays with availability from 8 am to 12 pm.

  • We offer:

  • Salary: Current Legal Minimum Wage + legal benefits.

  • Commissions: Between $1,000,000 and $4,000,000 approx., uncapped and performance-based.
