Job Overview:

We are looking for a Retention Marketing professional who can drive customer lifetime value by building strong post-purchase journeys. This role focuses on email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty, repeat purchase campaigns, and customer engagement strategies to improve retention, repeat rate, and overall revenue contribution from existing customers.


Key Responsibility

Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and execute retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement
  • Build and optimize customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Create automated flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, abandoned browse, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and loyalty flows

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly retention campaigns aligned with brand launches, offers, and seasonal sales
  • Work closely with design and content teams for creatives and copies
  • Ensure campaigns are personalized based on customer segments and behavior

Segmentation & Data Analysis

  • Segment users based on purchase behavior, frequency, AOV, lifecycle stage, and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, repeat rate, revenue contribution)
  • Identify drop-offs and opportunities for improvement

Loyalty & Repeat Programs

  • Manage and optimize loyalty, referral, and repeat-purchase programs
  • Develop strategies to turn first-time buyers into repeat and loyal customers

Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing, CRM, design, content, and customer support teams
  • Align retention campaigns with ongoing paid ads and influencer campaigns


Requirement:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retention / CRM marketing for a D2C or e-commerce brand
  • Hands-on experience with email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention funnels
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Experience in fashion / lifestyle / beauty / shapewear brands is a plus
