  • Collaborate in designing and executing customer journeys that support long-term retention goals.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the retention marketing team to manage projects and campaigns.
  • Provide input and support to ensure team goals are met.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze the performance of email campaigns, focusing on improving key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
  • Assist in providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement of retention strategies.
