Job Description

We're hiring for Retention Specialists (with 20K signing bonus) that can start this coming December.

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
  • Analyze customer data to identify retention trends and opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and improve service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Create and maintain reports on customer retention metrics

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: HS Grad / SHS Grad , College Undergrad / Graduate
  • Experience Level: At least 1 year experience of Sales Account in BPO industry
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
