Job Description
We're hiring for Retention Specialists (with 20K signing bonus) that can start this coming December.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Analyze customer data to identify retention trends and opportunities
- Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and improve service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Create and maintain reports on customer retention metrics
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: HS Grad / SHS Grad , College Undergrad / Graduate
- Experience Level: At least 1 year experience of Sales Account in BPO industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
