  • Interpret, review and update plan policies and procedures to ensure standardization, legal compliance, and improved efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements in partnership with HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll and service providers. 

  • Lead special projects as needed (e.g., plan design updates, system conversions, enhancements, acquisitions).

  • May assist with health & welfare benefits as needed.

  • What We Are Looking For:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and benefits related web applications required.
