Prepare plan participant communications as needed.Interpret, review and update plan policies and procedures to ensure standardization, legal compliance, and improved efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements in partnership with HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll and service providers.
Lead special projects as needed (e.g., plan design updates, system conversions, enhancements, acquisitions).
May assist with health & welfare benefits as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and benefits related web applications required.
