The Role
As aRetirement Analyst for Consulting supports the delivery of quality Retirement solutions covering plan valuations, design & review including plan conversions, plan administration, and other retirement benefit services. The Retirement Specialist may also get involved in insurance, health, and other risk projects requiring actuarial support.

- Provides assistance to the Project Managers and Consultant/Senior Consultant in the following areas:
- Data preparation, validation & reconciliation
- Assumption setting
- Actuarial valuation of retirement plans, including the use of WTW standard valuation software.
- Analysis of valuation results
- Plan benchmarking, design, and costing
- Retirement plan set-up, review, and harmonization
- Benefit projections and individual benefit calculations
