Return Product Executive

Support regular onsite audit, onsite product grading, product testing & commissioning on project before handover.

Conduct onsite audit on ASC quality on key performance index.

Prepare inspection reports for management approval and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

Repair & Refurbishment Coordination

Liaise with appointed service vendors to ensure timely repair of returned products for refurbishment and reuse.

Inspect rejected products (deemed good) returned by dealers or service repairers to confirm suitability for resale or customer replacement.

Identify and remove usable service parts from scrap products, ensuring proper documentation and database updates for management review.

Oversee the disposal of scrap products in compliance with product disposal guidelines before transferring them to the appointed scrap vendor.

Compile scrap product records for future audit reference.
