Returns Materials Handler

Join our dynamic team as a Returns Materials Handler! In this role, you will perform essential warehouse duties, handling inbound returns and outbound merchandise efficiently. Your efforts will ensure a smooth process for our vendor returns. Key Responsibilities: Unload various types of merchandise from route trucks and organize them in designated staging areas, verifying against manifests. Assist in packaging, loading, and shipping outbound merchandise. Verify and scan merchandise from store returns, sorting items into the appropriate areas. Sort and neatly stack rebuilt core and warranty items. Follow established procedures for staging, auditing, and shipping preparations. Prepare merchandise for delivery to proper zones and maintain inventory of packaging materials. Manage warranty returns in coordination with vendor representatives, maintaining accurate records.
