Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst supports the hotel’s commercial strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution. This role ensures that revenue decisions are data-driven, aligned with market conditions, and designed to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly hotel performance (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR).
• Analyze pick-up trends, booking pace, segmentation, and channel performance.
• Prepare revenue dashboards, forecasts, and business intelligence reports.
• Evaluate performance versus budget, forecast, and competitive set.

2. Pricing & Inventory Management
