  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies and build new products that meet players' needs
  • Support existing monetization strategies, both the existing revenue channels and working on new systems to maximize player revenue and value
  • Participate in In-game revenue event formulation - from ideation, planning, release and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns
  • Analyze player and revenue event data results and compile insights for future optimization
  • Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to product leaders and decision makers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure the In-game revenue event launched smoothly

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable university
