Revenue Controller

The purpose-led independent law firm and certified B Corp.

We are looking for a Revenue Controller to join our Finance team and drive financial performance by strengthening billing practices and taking ownership of Work in Progress (WIP) management across the firm.

What we need from you

✔ Ability to challenge and improve existing processes constructively.

✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

✔ Proven experience in revenue control, billing, or credit management within a professional services environment - law firm experience desirable.

✔ Strong understanding of WIP management and its impact on financial performance.

✔ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Results driven.

✔ Proficiency in financial systems.
