**Description:**



+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, length of stay, channel production).

+ Assist in short- and long-term demand forecasting, taking into account market pace and budget targets

+ Compile boards and presentation materials for weekly revenue and strategy meeting

+ Update and maintain rates and availability across PMS, CRS, OTAs, and GDS channels—ensuring parity and compliance

+ Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and booking patterns; recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive and market trends.

+ Assist reservations during peak periods and coordinate with sales, front office, and marketing teams on pricing strategy alignment.



**Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
