Clarity RCM is a rapidly growing medical billing company dedicated to providing comprehensive revenue cycle and account management for private dermatology practices nationwide. We're searching for a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and personable Revenue Cycle Account Managers to join our remote team. This is a crucial role requiring a professional who can blend expert technical knowledge with exceptional client-facing skills. What You'll Do
As a Revenue Cycle Account Manager, you'll be the primary liaison between our clients and our remote billing/coding teams. You'll use your deep expertise in medical billing to provide best-in-class service and ensure client satisfaction and retention. This isn't just a technical role; it's a relationship-focused position that requires proactive communication and an owner's mindset. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely, professional updates on all aspects of the revenue cycle via scheduled calls, video meetings, and email. Your personality and ability to build trust are key to this role.
- Revenue Cycle Oversight: Manage and monitor the client's accounts receivable (AR) by overseeing claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up. You'll be responsible for identifying payer trends, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Expert Analysis and Reporting: Proactively analyze key revenue data, track client activity against financial goals, and prepare detailed, accurate reports. You will communicate AR variances and propose proactive measures and resolutions to the client, using your deep knowledge of the revenue cycle to provide strategic insights.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with our remote billing, coding, and credentialing teams to resolve complex issues, including credentialing and EDI support, payment discrepancies, and credit balances. Your ability to think critically and solve problems is essential.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have:

- Deep Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring all reports, analyses, and communications are accurate and complete.
- Expert Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the entire revenue cycle, including medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, modifiers, NCCI edits), and credentialing processes.
- System Experience: Mandatory experience with at least one of the following practice management/EHR systems: ModMed (Modernizing Medicine), EZDerm, or eClinicalWorks. Experience with DrChrono and Nextech is a plus.
- Dermatology Experience: Prior experience with dermatology billing and coding is highly preferred.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously, including payer and vendor portals, and a solid understanding of Google Workspace applications.
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of integrity and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Proven experience with ModMed, EZDerm, or eClinicalWorks.
- Demonstrable expertise in medical billing, coding, and credentialing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- High School Diploma.
