Revenue Cycle Content Specialist

Job Purpose



The Revenue Cycle Content Specialist will work closely with both internal staff at Med-Metrix (MMX) and external customers to assess, document, design and deploy implementation processes across revenue cycle services. Strong candidates will be able to support the Project Manager and operations team in creating standard operating procedures and playbooks to support new client implementations and documentation of existing internal processes. Candidates should be able to assist in lead client discovery sessions, influence cross-functional teams and should hold a thorough understanding of revenue cycle processes across patient access, coding, HIM, billing, follow-up, denials, cash posting and customer service in a Hospital or Professional Revenue Cycle environment.
