We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers and drive measurable outcomes across Eligibility & Benefits, Patient Estimates, and Prior Authorizations.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of RCM workflows, scheduling tools, and AI-based documentation systems—acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation for RCM processes including Eligibility & Benefits (E&B), scheduling, and AI documentation
  • Analyze eligibility responses and EOBs to accurately determine benefits and improve patient estimate accuracy
  • Manage IPA and Managed Care workflows to ensure correct eligibility, benefits, and patient registration
