Role Overview:


We are seeking a Revenue Lead – Cross Sell to drive growth in the fitness products business by increasing product adoption and engagement among the company’s gym user base.


This is a strategic and execution-oriented role at the intersection of commerce, brand, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will define the vision for cross-selling products, create a roadmap, and lead execution across multiple channels including offline (gyms) and digital (app, CRM, and marketing).


Key Responsibilities:




  • Own the Strategy: Define the long-term vision for product penetration and category growth among gym users. Build a clear, phased roadmap for driving first-time purchases and repeat sales.




  • Drive Growth: Execute cross-channel campaigns across gyms, the app, CRM, and paid marketing channels. Continuously track performance metrics and optimize for better results.




  • Build Awareness: Design and run targeted campaigns to improve category awareness and brand consideration within the gym user base. Work closely with brand marketing to ensure consistent messaging.




  • Understand the Customer: Segment the user base to identify high-opportunity cohorts and behavioral patterns. Build tailored journeys that drive engagement and conversions.




  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations, Product, Tech, and Category teams to ensure seamless execution and effective communication strategies.




  • Lead and Mentor: Manage a small team (2–4 members) of cross-sell and growth specialists to ensure high performance and accountability.




Qualifications & Skills:




  • 6–10 years of experience in growth, business, or category roles within a consumer-facing (B2C) environment.




  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and cross-sell/upsell strategies.




  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and BTL activations.




  • Experience in brand communication, campaign design, and messaging strategy.




  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.




  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.




  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
