Job Description

This function is a Revenue Management Sr. Analyst (Customer Success Specialist) responsible for accurately processing the correct use of the SaaS tool, defining, developing, and helping to implement Revenue Management strategies. Analysis, interpretation, and actions related to product pricing, promotional pricing, understanding of shoppers and clients by segment, and product performance tracking in the channel. Additionally, this role is responsible for defining & updating the Revenue strategy framework & promo guidelines to maximize trade investment effectiveness in emergent channels. This position will be the main point of contact with our client’s team to ensure effective and efficient communication, collect and evaluate data from them, and generate relevant information for our customers.
