What You Will Do:
Act as the revenue management representative for capital projects, coordinating program initiation, tracking, and analysis.Support revenue management, pricing, and sales strategy for the company’s multi-family portfolio(s) to optimize financial performance. Analyze operational and financial data, monitor demand, manage inventory, forecast trends, and identify opportunities to drive informed decisions.
