Revenue Manager – Accor (Manly Pacific)

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract at the iconic Manly Beach location.

Responsibilities

• Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted revenue targets.
• Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
• Develop and implement systems, practices and tools aimed at revenue maximisation through balancing demand and revenue optimisation techniques.
• Work closely with the Reservation Manager / Revenue Analyst & Director of Commercial; reporting to the Director of Revenue.
• Manage rates and inventory in consultation with the Director of Commercial.
• Ensure optimal presentation and maximisation of business opportunities through brand websites, 3rd‑party websites, CRO and GDS.
• Assist in development of the annual sales & distribution plan and financial budget. <...
