Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, yield, and overall revenue

  • Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, seasonality, and competitor pricing

  • Manage dynamic pricing strategies across online and offline sales channels

  • Forecast demand and revenue for short- and long-term planning

  • Monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, conversion rate, and booking pace

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align promotions and pricing

  • Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, tour operators, travel agents)

  • Manage inventory allocation and availability across channels

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Identify new revenue opportunities, packages, and upselling strategies
