Revenue Manager

ARK Hospitality is searching for a strategic Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue and market share across a select and extended stay hotel portfolio. This role goes beyond financial impact—through collaboration, training, and strategic leadership, the Revenue Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization. $80,000 - $90,000

• Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to optimize rates.
  


• Ensure hotel pricing and distribution strategies align with brand standards and market conditions.
  


• Identify opportunities to improve market share and overall revenue performance.
  


• Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned properties.
  


• Monitor and evaluate hotel performance through reports such as STR and segmentation reports.
  

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with hotel teams and leadership.
  


• Deep understanding of pricing models, distribution channels, and market segmentation.
  


• Ability to oversee multiple properties and adapt to changing market conditions.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in revenue management systems.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
