Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports core revenue operations functions, including deal desk, order management, and deal/customer data governance. This role ensures accurate, timely processing of revenue-related transactions and maintains high data quality across systems to support sales, account management, and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, systems‑savvy, and experienced in supporting SaaS deal workflows across CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and management of order forms and statements of work (OTF).
  • Own and process administrative requests, including downgrades, credit requests, cancellations, and related deal changes.
