Job Description

The Role:

This is a high-impact, technical, and strategic role. You will work across a variety of client environments to:

  • Audit & Strategize: Lead discovery sessions to identify process bottlenecks and design scalable architectural solutions.
  • Implement & Automate: Own the technical build-out within Best in Class stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Make, etc.).
  • Data Integrity: Build the Single Source of Truth by solving complex data hygiene issues and setting up reliable forecasting.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner with client stakeholders to ensure new processes aren’t just built, but are actually used and loved by the teams they serve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience specifically as a Revenue Operations Manager .
