Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager to lead our revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment (B2C2B). This role will oversee the entire revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops and Customer Success Ops, ensuring alignment, efficiency and growth across each stage of the customer journey. As part of Doctoralia, the leading digital healthcare platform in Brazil and part of the Docplanner Group, you will play a key role in unlocking scalable growth by enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing operational processes and ensuring seamless execution across go-to-market functions.
