Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Redondo Beach, CA Onsite

Reports to: COO (subject to change)

Compensation: $60K base salary with potential for an additional $10K bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to support the optimization of our revenue processes. This role will work cross-functionally to manage and improve workflows, ensure operational efficiency, and support the overall revenue strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the intake, triage, and management of RevOps requests using tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Zapier.

· Collaborate with Sales Enablement to roll out new sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Identify gaps in existing workflows and processes, proactively suggesting improvements and driving initiatives for operational efficiency.
