What’s the Job?


As a Revenue & Reservations Trainee , you’ll be at the heart of the booking experience — turning requests into smooth stays. From handling reservations and optimizing rates to supporting revenue strategies and analyzing data, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience before they even arrive. You'll also gain valuable insights into how pricing and availability shape the performance of a luxury hotel.


Your day-to-day


  • Manage and enter room reservation requests using our Property Management System.
  • Keep rooming lists up to date and accurate.
  • Make sure every reservation is set for a smooth check-in and check-out.
  • Handle individual and corporate bookings by email and phone.
  • Help maximize revenue through smart upselling and by promoting hotel services.
  • Learn to adjust daily rates on extranet platforms to stay competitive.
  • Support the team in applying revenue strategies and optimizing pricing.
  • Analyze booking data to spot trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless booking experience.
  • Be ready to learn a lot — and contribute from day one.


What We Need From You


  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism, Business, Revenue Management or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and team mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of reservations or revenue management is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.
