Reverse Logistics Associate I Duties:

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment as well as the safety and security of all employees by following all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center
  • Inspect incoming customer warranty returned goods and compare material against RGA documents
  • Determine path of material based upon predetermined guidelines
  • Accurately record all data and disposition instructions in an Excel Template
  • Create and/or access Return Goods Authorizations to update all pertinent inspection information into RGA to accurately and successfully close RGA for all scenari...
