Overview

The Technical Solutions Specialist has a focus on both pre‑sales and post‑sales of the StrucSoft product line. The role is predominantly a customer focused role with three main areas of involvement:

  • 40% pre‑sales support (demonstrations, early discussions, product meetings)
  • 20% Product development (supporting the development team, developing documentation, videos, whitepapers etc.)
  • Running demonstrations and interactive discussions with the customer and prospects
  • Scoping out the requirements and providing a technical proposal for the customer
  • Working closely with the customer to provide “best in class” advice
  • Configuring the customer workflows and advising on best practice
