Job Description

This role focuses on transforming Revit models into precise production drawings to guide the construction of modular residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team, engineers, and production staff to ensure designs are coordinated, code-compliant, and ready for fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine Revit models for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
  • Produce production-ready drawings and bill of materials for modular construction.
  • Support engineering and production schedules with timely, accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate models with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Maintain organized, cloud-based document control.
  • Contribute to standards, templates, and modeling best practices.
