Job Description
Systems Plus is seeking an experienced Hub Spot Specialist with deep expertise in Hub Spot Enterprise, especially Sales Hub and Service Hub. This role will work closely with our internal teams and enterprise clients to design, implement, optimize, and scale Hub Spot solutions that align with complex B2 B sales processes and customer-experience operations.
You will serve as the subject-matter expert responsible for mapping business requirements into Hub Spot architecture, driving system configuration, managing CRM data quality, and ensuring strong user adoption across sales, marketing, and service teams.
This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who has led multiple end-to-end Hub Spot Enterprise implementations and can operate with autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Hub Spot Implementation & System Architecture
· Lead end-to-end configuration of Hub Spot Sales Hub Enterprise and Service Hub Enterprise, ensuring alignment with client business models and sales operations.
· Architect scalable workflows, pipelines, properties, automation sequences, ticketing structures, and reporting dashboards.
· Define and optimize complex B2 B sales processes within Hub Spot, including lifecycle stages, lead handoff, deal management, and forecasting structures.
· Integrate Hub Spot with existing tech stack tools (ERP, CPQ, e-commerce, data platforms, etc.) using native integrations or middleware as needed.
Sales Process Mapping & Optimization
· Work directly with sales, operations, and leadership stakeholders to translate business requirements into Hub Spot process flows.
· Diagnose current-state sales processes and design improved future-state workflows that reflect best practices and enterprise-grade scalability.
· Standardize process governance across multiple business units, product lines, and regional teams.
Data Management & CRM Hygiene
· Conduct extensive contact, company, and deal record cleanup, ensuring data accuracy, deduplication, and normalization.
· Set up and maintain data quality rules, property governance, and enrichment strategies.
· Design and implement data-management operating procedures for ongoing CRM health.
Training, Enablement & User Adoption
· Develop and deliver tailored training programs for sales, marketing, and service teams on Hub Spot usage and best practices.
· Create onboarding materials, guides, and documentation for new users and teams.
· Drive ongoing user adoption, identifying gaps in usage and implementing corrective actions through coaching, workflow adjustments, and system improvements.
Reporting, Dashboards & Insights
· Build advanced sales and service dashboards, forecasting tools, and performance reports that drive data-driven decision-making.
· Work with leadership to define KPIs and translate them into Hub Spot reporting structures.
· Ensure data accuracy within reporting frameworks across the CRM.
Project Leadership & Client Management
· Serve as the functional and technical lead for Hub Spot projects, working alongside PMs, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and communication.
· Provide strategic guidance on CRM best practices, change management, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Platform Expertise
· 4+ years of hands-on Hub Spot experience with Hub Spot Enterprise (Sales Hub Enterprise required; Service Hub Enterprise strongly preferred).
· Proven experience leading Hub Spot implementations for complex, multi-team organizations.
· Strong command of workflows, sequences, custom properties, permissions, roles, pipelines, knowledge base, SLAs, and ticketing systems.
· Experience integrating Hub Spot with ERPs, marketing automation tools, data warehouses, or customer-facing systems.
· Solid understanding of Rev Ops concepts and lifecycle management.
Sales Operations & Business Process Knowledge
· Deep experience mapping and optimizing sales processes within CRM systems.
· Understanding of B2 B sales structures (leads, MQL/SQL frameworks, pipeline forecasting, sales stages, handoffs, renewals).
· Experience working with sales leaders, frontline reps, and operational teams.
Data & Reporting Skills
· Strong data-governance and CRM hygiene skills, including deduplication, data migration, CSV imports, and property management.
· Ability to create executive-level dashboards and operational reports.
Soft Skills & Consulting Attributes
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
· Strong documentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
· Ability to operate autonomously in a consulting environment with shifting priorities.
