As the Associate Rewards Manager for Mars' largest market, North America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping competitive and motivating pay/compensation structures that attract and retain top talent at Mars.
You will ensure the seamless delivery of merit and bonus programs while contributing to global and local transformational projects that enhance how we reward our Associates, leveraging technology and continuous improvement to create a best-in-class Associate experience.
Additionally, you will support organizational transformations and M&A activities by aligning rewards programs and processes with evolving business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Mars' business success through Rewards.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the annual salary survey process for the markets in scope to ensure Mars stays competitive and has access to accurate market data.
