The Rewards Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Business Sales commission scheme.  The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Business Sales sales commission processes, including targets, validations and accurate payout in alignment with business performance. 

Make an Impact by

  • Collaborate with Business Sales leaders, IT and Sales Commission Team to identify gaps and potentials in commission scheme, processes and payouts.
  • Keeping track of and performing system update on Business Sales organizational movement to ensure that achievement is rollup correctly.
  • Review and verify BAU commission exceptional handlings to ensure alignment and governance.
  • Tracking of sales performance to enable insightful forward planning.

  • Degree education and above 
  • 5 years working experience in planning rewards programme...
