The Rewards Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Business Sales commission scheme. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Business Sales sales commission processes, including targets, validations and accurate payout in alignment with business performance.
Make an Impact by
Collaborate with Business Sales leaders, IT and Sales Commission Team to identify gaps and potentials in commission scheme, processes and payouts. Keeping track of and performing system update on Business Sales organizational movement to ensure that achievement is rollup correctly. Review and verify BAU commission exceptional handlings to ensure alignment and governance. Tracking of sales performance to enable insightful forward planning. Skills for Success
