Job Description
The Rewards Specialist at ABI InBev is responsible for overseeing and driving the planning, execution, and governance of the Global Rewards Strategy, ensuring its effectiveness. The role ensures alignment between strategic workforce initiatives, people-related investments, and business objectives by providing visibility, insights, and control over key projects, resources, and budgets.
Acting as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders, the Rewards Specialist monitors budget performance metrics and supports decision-making through data-driven analysis of overheads, headcount, and compensation packages. This role is critical to enabling operational excellence, optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening transparency and accountability across the global people agenda
