Rewinding Operators Needed in Tema

Prior experience as a rewinding operator or in a similar role in manufacturing or packaging is preferred.Must live in or around Tema Communities, Tema Newtown, Ashaiman, Golf City, Kpone and environs
Good understanding of machine operation and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and quality.

We are seeking skilled and reliable Rewinding Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining rewinding machines to ensure high-quality output in accordance with production targets and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate rewinding machines for converting large rolls of material into smaller ones as per specifications.

Inspect finished rolls for quality and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.

Set up machines according to job orders and adjust settings for optimal performance.

Monitor the rewinding process and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Report any malfunctions or material defects to supervisors promptly.
