Job Description – Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Location: Chennai- Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our engineering team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications.
•  Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
•  Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
•  Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
•  Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
•  Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

•  7+ years of full stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
•  Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
•  Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing APIs and UIs.
•  Strong database knowledge – SQL , PostgreSQL and NoSQL
•  Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
•  Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
•  Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud.
•  Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
•  Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure)and CI/CD pipelines.
•  Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and software architecture.
•  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
•  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
