RF Drive Test Coordinator

Must have T-Mobile Project experience.

Description:

• Perform coordination of drive test teams. Working to tell what DT teams to go where based on their locations.
• Detailed understanding and experience on XCAL, XCAP, Google earth, creations of Tab files etc.
• Working with the local RF teams on the status of the sites/clustres and helping to plan the drives around those sites taking into account what site might be down in a given day etc...
• Communicate constantly with the Drive Test Teams to ensure they are following the right routes and coordinating.
• Keep tracking of each drive testers performance (miles driven, ATP sites pass/fail, ensuring they do their best to pass the sites (e.g. helping them find the right location to do a throughput test if they are having issues)
• Need to have good communication skills and good MS Office suite experience.
